Accounts Payable Specialist
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 Location: Cambridge, MA

Key Responsibilities For The Accounts Payable Specialist:
• Process and code high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely • Manage vendor relationships and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies • Execute weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments • Reconcile vendor statements and maintain AP records • Assist with month-end close activities related to AP • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
Qualifications For The Accounts Payable Specialist:
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience • Experience in biotech, life sciences, or a similar industry preferred • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) • Strong Excel skills
