Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, prepare clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities suited to each client’s needs.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during acute mental health crises, ensuring clients receive the immediate care they require.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that include treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to established ethical and legal guidelines.

• Engage in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and appropriate community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.

• A minimum of two years’ relevant experience in a clinical setting is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
