Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments with individuals, couples, and families to identify their mental health issues and challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s needs, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.

• Facilitate both joint and individual therapy sessions, ensuring that all family members feel heard and supported.

• Address a range of issues such as grief and loss, blended family dynamics, communication difficulties, job stress, and conflicts among family members.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training opportunities to refine your clinical skills.

• Develop collaborative relationships with community resources to enhance the support network for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client demographic, including adults and children/adolescents, addressing a multitude of issues such as:

Qualifications\n

We require that candidates possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
