Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and develop tailored treatment plans that address identified needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's situation.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, track their progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who prefer remote sessions or are facing difficulties attending in person.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical guidelines and industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, each presenting with different challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
