This position allows for remote work, offering you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your home or another conducive environment. While most sessions may occur during standard hours, the role may require some evening and weekend availability to meet the scheduling needs of your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy by applying various evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the client's needs.

• Engage in ongoing development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that include specific therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Utilize specialized therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy as part of our evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary to ensure client safety.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions to foster community support among clients.

• Collaborate closely with the treatment team to ensure the delivery of coordinated and holistic care for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents, tackling a diverse array of mental health issues including anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
