Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client evaluations and develop individualized therapeutic strategies based on assessed needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to diverse client populations, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, promoting shared learning and growth.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatric professionals and support staff, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with local laws and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied clientele, encompassing children, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds and with differing mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines governing counseling practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at establishing rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, plus performance bonuses. In addition to attractive compensation, we provide a sign-on bonus to new hires.
