Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of patients to determine mental health status, needs, and appropriate treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic models to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Meet regularly with clients via telehealth sessions to monitor progress, re-assess treatment goals, and provide ongoing support.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, adapting content to address the diverse needs of patients including those facing challenges with substance abuse, anxiety, and depression.

• Act as a liaison by making referrals to psychiatrists and other healthcare specialists when additional support is required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a wide range of client demographics, including individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, eating disorders, and substance use issues. You will provide culturally responsive care to a diverse clientele, developing therapeutic rapport and trust with patients from various backgrounds and life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating depth of knowledge in mental health disorders and treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
