Work Environment\n

As a remote work facility, our mental health therapy team collaborates through digital platforms while maintaining a strong emphasis on personal connection and teamwork. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the clinical needs of our patients. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, through virtual case conferences and meetings aimed at enhancing patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify and understand patients' unique circumstances, needs, and histories.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patients, factoring in their cultural and personal backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing diverse mental health concerns, promoting resilience, and enhancing overall well-being.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care, including crisis intervention during emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active, valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in Illinois.

• Proven expertise in mental health disorders and effective application of evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Experience implementing culturally responsive therapy for diverse individuals and groups.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, maintaining composure and professionalism in challenging scenarios.

Compensation and Benefits\n
