Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions via video chat with pre-screened adult clients, focusing on clients with low acuity and stable mental health statuses.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to diagnose and treat a variety of emotional and mental disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, stress, grief, and depression.

• Provide educational resources and therapeutic interventions to help clients develop coping strategies, enhance decision-making abilities, and improve overall mental health outcomes.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately and efficiently using our secure online counseling platform to ensure continuity of care.

• Communicate regularly with clients to assess progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults from diverse backgrounds, each seeking tools and strategies to manage their mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• An independent state license, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), is essential.

• Strong computer literacy skills, including familiarity with telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems.
