Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the individual needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices for the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities tailored to client-specific challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines, showcasing a strong commitment to ethical clinical practice.

• Collaborate as part of a multidimensional treatment team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Engage actively in peer review and case consultation meetings, contributing insights for continuous quality improvement and best practices.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, fostering greater understanding and resilience.

• Remain current with ongoing research and advancements in the mental health field to deliver the highest standard of care and effectiveness in treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from adolescents to adults, many of whom face significant life challenges stemming from trauma, depression, anxiety, and related disorders. You will see a varied caseload that requires a high level of expertise and empathy, offering an opportunity to engage deeply with individuals in need of support. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A proven ability to implement solution-focused interventions tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and their families.

• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively manage complex cases and challenges.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health settings, preferably with considerable exposure to outpatient therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
