Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist at Oakbend, you will:

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their recovery goals.
• Implement effective intervention strategies in patients' homes, ensuring the techniques used are consistent with established plans of care.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and adjust treatments as necessary based on patient progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and agency standards.

• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
