Key Responsibilities\n

As the Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments that capture clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and social dynamics.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing proven evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Crafting and implementing individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client, considering their personal circumstances and background.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and cohesive care.

• Facilitating crisis intervention sessions, performing risk assessments, and developing safety plans tailored to each client’s situation.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using dedicated electronic health record systems to track client progress and treatment plans.

• Leading psychoeducation classes and support groups to promote community engagement and enhance clients' coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client caseload will primarily consist of individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders in addition to those experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will work with a diverse population, each with unique needs, requiring a flexible and personalized approach to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least three years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, focusing specifically on substance use disorders and mental health treatment.

• A strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities relevant to addiction and mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
