Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, employing standardized screening tools and structured interviews.

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting clear and achievable therapeutic goals.

• Provide one-on-one therapy, as well as family and group sessions, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to meet varying client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Regularly monitor and document client progress towards treatment goals, adjusting interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, ensuring continuity and coherence in treatment, especially during transitions in care.

• Offer educational resources and support to clients’ families, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes understanding and involvement in the recovery process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
