Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will focus on delivering care to a diverse clientele, including ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrants—populations that often face unique mental health challenges. You will play a pivotal role in understanding and addressing the specific cultural dynamics that inform treatment approaches and patient engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state as an LCSW, LSCSW, LCP, LCPC, or LMFT.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and the importance of cultural competence in therapeutic settings.

• Proven experience in providing therapeutic services, both individual and group, utilizing culturally responsive approaches.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and proficiency in standard computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive compensation package ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
