Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to deeply understand the unique circumstances of each patient, guiding the development of tailored treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

• A robust understanding of mental health disorders, alongside expertise in evidence-based treatment approaches and cultural competence in therapy.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy with a focus on culturally responsive practices is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
