Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique mental health needs.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients through scheduled therapy sessions, whether individual or group, and provide them with strategies to navigate daily challenges.

• Utilize tools such as standardized assessment instruments and progress tracking to monitor treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a varied patient population that faces mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other behavioral health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license as a LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience providing counseling services in diverse clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
