Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients and foster trust.

• Ability to empathize and maintain a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing telehealth services or digital therapy is highly preferred.

• Prior work experience in a private practice setting or mental health clinic.

• Expertise in a specific therapeutic modality such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
