Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based approaches, and the importance of cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

• Proven experience delivering various therapeutic modalities, including individual and group therapy sessions that highlight cultural responsiveness.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
