Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own workspace while still benefiting from a structured professional environment. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some adjustments made to accommodate client needs throughout the week. As part of our virtual team, you will engage in regular meetings with colleagues, sharing insights and collaborating on best practices to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify clients’ unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and other applicable modalities within each client’s personal context.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on fostering resilience and promoting emotional well-being among clients.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring coordinated and holistic care for all clients.

• Support clients during mental health crises, utilizing strong de-escalation and crisis management skills to ensure safety and provide immediate assistance.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, fostering empowerment and self-advocacy.

• Maintain thorough and confidential records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
