Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments while considering each patient’s medical history and existing conditions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address both psychiatric and physical health needs, ensuring a tailored approach to each patient’s care.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to foster personal growth and resilience in patients.

• Collaborate closely with medical professionals to coordinate care effectively, enhancing treatment outcomes through integrated services.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies to stabilize patients effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) in the state of California.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

• Experience in working with individuals who have co-occurring medical and mental health conditions is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and familiarity with telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to compensating our staff competitively.
