Work Environment

Our dynamic outpatient clinic offers an inviting and supportive atmosphere where teamwork and collaboration are highly valued. You will join a team of skilled professionals who share a commitment to providing a superior standard of care. The typical work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, fostering a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to establish their specific goals and requirements.
• Manage a patient caseload effectively, seeing one patient per hour to ensure focused, individualized treatment.
• Deliver high-quality interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote recovery and mobility.
• Develop and implement detailed care plans incorporating a variety of treatment modalities tailored to each patient's needs.
• Provide education and motivation to patients regarding their recovery process, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary and maintaining clear communication with patients.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and exercise program design to enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for every patient.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions thoroughly to maintain accurate health records.
• Encourage patients in adopting healthier lifestyles by promoting physical fitness and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We primarily serve a diverse patient population with orthopedic injuries and conditions, ranging from post-operative rehabilitation to chronic pain management. You will empower patients by guiding them through their rehabilitation process, promoting the recovery of strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
• Ability to design and implement individualized exercise programs based on patient evaluation.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare team members.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
