Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client through thorough assessments and evaluations.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, groups, and families.

• Utilize a variety of individualized therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their mental wellness.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to keep abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices and therapies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds and with differing mental health needs. You will provide therapeutic support for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your empathetic and discerning approach will help clients feel valued and understood, facilitating a path toward healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting, providing direct therapeutic services.

• Strong understanding of applicable legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a wide array of clientele.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a healthcare team environment.

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies to maintain comprehensive client files and documentation.
