Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and create individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care that addresses the various needs of clients and supports their overall health journey.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and participation in team meetings to stay abreast of current mental health research and practice techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma to those in need of addiction recovery support. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
