Work Environment

The position is 100% onsite, as you will be providing therapy in the comfort of patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions through detailed examinations and functionality tests, taking into consideration their personal health histories and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to manual therapy, exercise therapy, and education on body mechanics.
• Conduct regular progress assessments to measure outcomes, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to align with evolving patient needs and goals.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers about therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation strategies, and lifestyle modifications to facilitate recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care is upheld.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
