Strategic Mid-Market Customer Success Manager

Alumni Ventures

P2P in San Francisco is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to shape and scale an exceptional customer experience for mid-market clients. In this role, you will onboard, train, and support the adoption of P2P's solutions, managing relationships with around 60 customers. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of customer success experience in B2B SaaS and the ability to collaborate across teams.
