The Opportunity :
MCL Talent Partners is actively sourcing motivated professionals on behalf of a leading national financial services and benefits provider expanding in the Omaha market.

This entry-level role is designed to transition you seamlessly into the stable, high-demand industry of financial and family benefits.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and conduct consultative meetings with clients regarding their life and supplemental health benefit accounts.
- Assist clients with policy selections, answer benefit questions, and handle renewals.
- Build a local pipeline of business by delivering excellent service and community networking.
- Manage your own schedule and client portfolio as an independent professional.

Requirements :

Compensation : Performance-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.
Target First-Year Earnings : The projected pay range for this role ($51,100 - $90,800) represents a target earnings estimate for dedicated representatives successfully executing our daily system, not a guaranteed base salary.
