Job Title: Salesforce Lead Developer (Financial Service Cloud)

Location: Remote, India. / Remote, In Australia Client based in Adelaide

Employment Type: Contract

Work Timings: 8 am- 4 pm IST

Duration: 6+ months

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive solution architecture and delivery. You will guide

development teams, ensure alignment with the bank's technical and governance requirements, and provide hands-on

leadership for a project focused on AML regulatory changes, account-based statements, and digital banking platform

enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical direction and architectural oversight for the FSC implementation.

Guide and mentor developers to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and project delivery

standards.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex banking requirements (specifically AML and

Account-Based statements) into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Ensure the implementation adheres to the bank's strict technical and governance frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

Extensive, hands-on experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead in the Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

domain.

Deep understanding of banking regulatory environments, particularly Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

changes.

Proven ability to design solutions for digital banking platforms and mobile app integrations.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage offshore/onshore development teams.

Strong governance and documentation skills.
