Business Development Specialist Toledo Tire and Auto Care Are you a people person who loves connecting with customers and solving problems? Who We Are Toledo Tire and Auto Care is a trusted local automotive service provider with three locations serving the Toledo area. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our customers. The Role As our Business Development Specialist, you'll be the voice of our company, managing customer communications and ensuring our service bays stay filled. You'll drive our business forward by creating exceptional customer experiences that keep clients coming back. Compensation $18 - $22 hourly Responsibilities What You'll Do Manage our service schedule to maximize efficiency Conduct follow-up calls and create future appointments Respond to all customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and chat Ensure every customer leaves satisfied with their experience Add documentation of SOP's Work as my assistant Qualifications What You'll Need Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities Tech-savvy approach to customer management Dedication to providing exceptional customer service About Company If you're someone who wants to build a long-term career, not just punch a clock, we want to meet you.
