Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work hours. You will be part of a collaborative team that prioritizes ongoing communication and shared goals. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., enabling you to achieve a balanced work-life integration while supporting our clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and establish tailored treatment plans based on the unique needs of clients.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring each session is meaningful and progress-oriented.

• Document each client interaction meticulously, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, in accordance with company policies.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining open lines of communication with clients and collaborating with a dynamic, interdisciplinary team.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to help clients set and achieve their specific mental health goals.

• Engage in coordination of care with case managers, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children facing various mental health challenges. Your work will be integral in helping clients navigate issues related to addiction, trauma, relationship dynamics, and overall emotional well-being, making a meaningful impact in their lives and the community.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
\n
• Strong foundational knowledge of family therapy practices and familiarity with community resources available to support clients.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health documentation, including treatment plans and clinical case notes.
\n
• Experience working with various client demographics, including children, adolescents, couples, and families.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for effective therapy and teamwork.

• Ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries while fostering a therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Capability to comfortably work within a diverse population and contribute to an inclusive environment.

• Successful completion of a background check is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably focusing on family and marriage therapy.

• Prior familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is advantageous.

• Solid experience with fee collection processes at the time of service.
