Work Environment\n

This position will be performed in a remote work setting, allowing for flexible scheduling in a supportive outpatient office environment. Our practice operates from Monday to Saturday, presenting an opportunity for Mental Health Counselors to create a schedule that aligns with their personal and professional commitments while facilitating the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client's unique circumstances and mental health needs.

• Lead initial patient assessments and develop customized care plans that address the psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of our clients.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to communicate treatment plans and progress via documentation and regular team meetings, such as patient rounds, to ensure cohesive care delivery.

• Provide case management services, which include consultation and coordination with community programs and health professionals to connect clients with necessary resources.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, focusing on individualized service plans that align with the goals of each patient.

• Maintain ethical standards in documentation, ensuring timely and accurate records that comply with departmental expectations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at MedCore, you will work closely with a diverse population of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families, all facing various mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in providing supportive therapy that promotes healing and resilience, tailored to each client's unique situation.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
