Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop actionable treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, embracing both pre-crisis and crisis strategies.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and treatment interventions, in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Implement evidence-based screening tools and methodologies, collaborating closely with the clinical team to enhance client care.

• Work in alliance with interdisciplinary teams to design and execute positive behavior support plans, fostering therapeutic environments for clients.

• Engage proactively in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining compliance and quality assurance across services.

• Act as a key liaison among various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure continuity of care and resource sharing.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote the organization’s initiatives and secure potential funding avenues.
