Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, identifying challenges and goals through structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable targets and interventions that consider their unique circumstances and preferences.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients encountering acute psychological distress, utilizing assessment and de-escalation techniques to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and available community resources to foster understanding and support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, ongoing progress notes, and outcome evaluations, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
