Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, family, and group therapy sessions using diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and psychotherapy.

• Develop individualized treatment plans, outlining specific goals for client progress and regularly monitor these through feedback sessions and assessments.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals within our group practice, participating in team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment strategies, and interdisciplinary approaches.

• Provide immediate support to families in acute crises, employing intervention strategies to stabilize situations and facilitating conflict resolution.

• Document all sessions and treatment progress accurately in compliance with clinic policies and applicable regulations, ensuring integrity of client records.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest evidence-based practices and telehealth advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Telehealth Mental Health Counselor will primarily serve children and families, addressing a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and relationship challenges. Your ability to connect with young clients and their parents is essential, as you will guide them through therapeutic processes that foster understanding and emotional growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active state license in Washington as a LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a therapeutic setting with children and families.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with a diverse client population.

Compensation and Benefits\n
