Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each student's mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with clear goals and defined interventions based on individual client needs.

• Collaborate with other mental health providers, including psychiatrists and school staff, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for students.

• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and prepare safety plans as necessary to support students in distress.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation workshops to promote mental health awareness and coping strategies.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in team meetings to contribute to ongoing professional development and case discussion.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Western Reflections Counseling, you will primarily focus on the student population within educational settings. This includes working with children and adolescents facing an array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your work will involve not only direct therapy but also partnering with parents and school personnel to create a supportive environment for students.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, in addition to a sign-on bonus.
