Sales Development Representative

Job Description
\nWe’re seeking a motivated Sales Development Rep to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building relationships, communicating, and selling. The SDR is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, managing a full lead pipeline, and setting appointments.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n
\n- \n
- Lead Generation: Prospect, educate and qualify leads to be sales ready \n
- Make 80-100+ outbound calls daily \n
- Send outbound emails daily \n
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for account executives \n
- Manage leads in HubSpot CRM using the stacking method \n
- Exceed quotas for qualified appointments set \n
- Appointment show rate of 60% and above. \n
Qualifications
\n \n- \n
- Must have 2+ years of SDR experience in a digital agency setting \n
- Must have strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Website Development) \n
- Excellent organizational skills \n
- Excellent communication skills \n
- Self-motivated and results-oriented \n
- Positive attitude \n
- Familiarity with CRM software \n
- Must have sales ability demonstrated by success in a similar role \n
