Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose acute and chronic medical conditions to provide high-quality care tailored to each patient's needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective treatment plans, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to ensure proper interventions.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as necessary, considering the latest guidelines and individual patient circumstances.
• Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care and ensure streamlined communication among providers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using our electronic health record (EHR) system, following established protocols for documentation.
• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Nurse Practitioner at Sinian Care Center, you will primarily be serving the pediatric population within the school environment. This includes diagnosing and treating a range of common childhood illnesses, managing chronic conditions, and addressing health concerns that may inhibit academic performance. Your skills in patient education will empower children and their families to adopt healthier lifestyles and make informed decisions regarding their health.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner, along with an active state nursing license to practice in Georgia.
• A Bachelor's degree in nursing; a Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty environment, ideally with a focus on pediatrics or school-based health.

Compensation and Benefits

• The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
