Position Overview

Beansville Behavioral Health Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team in Savannah, Georgia. As a full-time Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our unique concierge medicine setting, focusing on house calls and personalized health consultations. Work Environment

This role involves direct patient interactions in a variety of settings, primarily in the comfort of our patients' homes. Our concierge medicine model allows for longer appointment times and a more personalized approach to care, making the Nurse Practitioner an essential part of the patient’s support system. You will work closely with a variety of specialists, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and clinically diagnose both acute and chronic health conditions in diverse patient populations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure the best care outcomes.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, providing timely and accurate feedback to patients regarding their health status.
• Prescribe medications and other therapeutic treatments as appropriate, ensuring adherence to the latest clinical guidelines.
• Engage in patient education, offering guidance on health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with various members of the healthcare team to deliver integrated care, including referrals to specialists when necessary.
• Document all patient interactions with meticulous attention to detail in electronic medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and solutions to enhance patient care processes.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in healthcare practices to continuously improve your own skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will cater to a diverse patient base, including individuals with behavioral health needs, chronic illnesses, and holistic health concerns. Your approach will emphasize building strong, trusting relationships with patients—a key element of our concierge model—thereby encouraging open communication and adherence to treatment protocols.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner from a recognized accrediting body.
• Active nursing license in the state of Georgia.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience in a relevant health specialty.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills essential for patient interactions.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to provide comprehensive patient assessments.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in concierge medicine or house call practices is advantageous.
• Familiarity with mental health issues and behavioral interventions.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently to document patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
