Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive client histories that inform treatment planning.

• Formulate individualized treatment goals based on clinically validated frameworks and the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) of Mental Disorders.

• Implement evidence-based counseling techniques and interventions, adapting methodologies to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Regularly evaluate treatment progress, utilizing feedback and assessment tools to refine care approaches and ensure effective outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $91,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and is complemented by performance bonuses.
