Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and prepare comprehensive intake summaries to facilitate treatment planning.

• Create individualized treatment plans and case summaries while maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to state and NCQA regulations.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy and case management to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Supervise and mentor Post-Masters Fellows and Associate-level clinicians, promoting their professional growth and development.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, explaining treatment processes and fostering family support for improved adherence to treatment.

• Collaborate with relevant public and private agencies to ensure clients receive holistic and comprehensive care, including appropriate referrals to external resources.

• Proactively participate in departmental program development, implementation, and evaluation to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Report safety concerns and mandated instances to appropriate authorities, ensuring client safety and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing acute or chronic mental illnesses, couples navigating relational challenges, and families seeking support. You will address a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. Your role will require you to employ culturally responsive methods and strategies that respect the backgrounds and preferences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or a related behavioral science field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Demonstrated ability to adhere to the highest standards of clinical practice, confidentiality, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth counseling is highly preferred, as well as familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Prior experience working in a diverse clinical setting and providing supervision to less experienced clinicians also adds value to your candidacy.

The salary for this full-time role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, reflecting our commitment to recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent.
