As a licensed mental health therapist, you will primarily work remotely from the comfort of your home or at our Community Health Clinic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness interventions to effectively address a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of coordinated and holistic care for each client.

• Respond to crisis situations by offering intervention and support to clients in acute distress, drawing upon your clinical expertise and compassionate approach.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness; develop educational programs to reduce stigma and foster supportive environments.

Qualifications\n

• An active, independent license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
