The typical work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and risks, tailoring personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups to foster community, address prevalent mental health issues, and provide patient education.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create a coordinated care plan that addresses all aspects of patient well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and immediate care.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ethical standards, and internal guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
