Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and individualized interviews.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans targeting the specific needs of each client, adapting strategies as necessary based on their progress.

• Engage in individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Provide crisis intervention when required, ensuring clients receive immediate professional support during emergencies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, in accordance with organizational and legal standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to promote cohesive treatment approaches and share insights.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and substance abuse issues. You will work with a diverse range of patients, including youths and adults, addressing their unique experiences and backgrounds to foster personal growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience as a licensed professional counselor.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, along with the ability to design and implement effective treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for documentation and billing processes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
