As a member of a high-end counseling practice, you will have the flexibility to choose your own hours, typically between Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine each client’s mental health status and specific needs, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that take into account the personal goals and needs of each client's journey, with a focus on measurable outcomes.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Utilize telehealth technologies to provide virtual therapy sessions; adapt techniques to cater to the digital format while ensuring a therapeutic, engaging atmosphere.

• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, providing immediate support and creating safety plans in collaboration with clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with mental health best practices, attending workshops and training sessions aimed at enhancing therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients facing a diverse set of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The center is designed to be a safe space where clients are encouraged to explore their innermost struggles and develop healthier coping mechanisms. With caseloads kept at optimal levels, you will be able to provide quality attention and care tailored to the specific needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
