Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gather information about patients’ psychological and emotional needs, resulting in accurate and tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, aimed at addressing the specific concerns of individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups, where you will provide valuable insights on mental health topics and foster a supportive community among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop coordinated treatment strategies for patients, ensuring comprehensive support.

• Provide crisis intervention services, demonstrating the ability to remain calm and effective during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, discussing treatment options, and connecting them with necessary community resources.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure quality patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve patients experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. Our patient population is diverse and includes individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
