Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental needs of children.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring interventions to the specific needs of each child and family.

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure progress is achieved and modifications are made as necessary.

• Serve as a primary support system for families, helping them understand their roles in the developmental process and providing strategies that promote healthy child growth.

• Comply with all Federal and State regulations related to social work and early childhood intervention.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment approach to enhance service delivery and child engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
