Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children's developmental needs, utilizing standardized tools and interview techniques.
\n
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), working closely with families and interdisciplinary team members.
\n
• Monitor and document outcomes related to children's progress, providing evidence-based updates for family meetings and team discussions.
\n
• Offer direct support and coaching to families, equipping them with strategies that incorporate Natural Learning Environment Practices to enhance daily interactions with their child.
\n
• Develop trusting relationships with children and families to foster a supportive and engaging environment for learning and growth.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations relevant to social work and early intervention practices.
\n
• Deliver services in various settings, facilitating visits and consultations, ensuring the well-being of all parties involved.

• Collaborate with community resources and organizations to provide additional support and referrals as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on infants and toddlers identified with disabilities or delays. As an LCSW, you will be instrumental in guiding families through the complexities of early intervention, aiming to nurture skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication areas. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n
