Adolescent Family Therapist

Located in West Linn, Oregon

Our organization is dedicated to saving lives while empowering individuals to achieve their healthiest selves.

We operate residential treatment programs specifically designed for adolescents dealing with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

We are currently looking for Family Therapists to become part of our interdisciplinary treatment teams. These teams include professionals from nutrition, clinical, medical, and holistic backgrounds, all focused on guiding clients toward recovery!

Schedule:

Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday

Compensation:

Up to $90,000

Incentives:

Sign-on bonus of $5,000 or relocation assistance of $10,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Acting as a liaison between families and outpatient providers
• Engaging with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management
• Contributing to discharge and aftercare planning
• Providing therapeutic meal support while demonstrating a healthy relationship with food
• Ensuring safe, compassionate, and affirming care tailored to each client's unique circumstances and intersecting identities

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in clinical counseling or a related field
• OR a license in a counseling discipline (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
• Experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is advantageous
• Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
