Key Responsibilities\n

The primary responsibilities of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental needs and family dynamics.

• Participating actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), incorporating input from families and other team members.
\n
• Monitoring and tracking outcomes to ensure that established goals are met effectively and timely, facilitating ongoing adjustments to care strategies as needed.

• Providing targeted support and resources to families to enhance their child’s developmental skills, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each child's unique needs.

• Adopting a coaching model to engage with families, supporting them in helping their children learn and grow within their natural environments.

• Ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations, protecting the health and safety of staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities, alongside their families. This includes providing early intervention services that focus on physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills essential for children’s growth in the first three years of life. The LCSW will build strong rapport with families, understanding their unique situations, and working collaboratively to promote supportive home environments that enable children to thrive.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
