Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and clinical evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Lead therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, facilitating discussions that promote healing, understanding, and growth.

• Document clinical notes accurately and in compliance with ethical standards to maintain high-quality care and improve treatment outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and sharing insights to enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
