Nursing Supervisor Opportunity

HRI Hospital is seeking a skilled Nursing Supervisor for our full time overnight shift position. This is a 36 hour per week position working three (3) weekdays per week from 11pm - 7am and a rotating weekend shift requirement. One week is a 12 hour (7pm - 7am) Saturday shift and the other week is a 12 hour (7pm - 7am) Sunday Shift. HRI Hospital is a 66-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs. Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital. Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations. Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care. Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment. Provide milieu management.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License required
• BSN required
• Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory nursing experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility required
